Above costs do not include the hire of vehicle, which must be supplied by the applicant
Western Australia has a graduated licensing system in place. Initially the learner is restricted, but passes a test to graduate to a higher speed and experience.
The learner must complete 25 hours of supervised driving, which includes freeways, country roads, night driving etc. To finally drive solo the learner must pass a hazard perception test.
