Eyesight test Yes, after passing the practical test
Automatic restriction Restricted to auto, if test is taken in automatic vehicle  
Above costs do not include the hire of vehicle, which must be supplied by the applicant

Fifty hours of driving must be documented, before a probationary license is issued. They may be taken with a professional instructor, family member or any licensed driver (conditions apply).
